Volunteer reports

If you want to volunteer your time and energy in Varanasi, please let us know at volunteers[at]learn-for-life.net.

It would be fantastic to know where your strengths are and what kind of work you would like to do before you arrive. Please understand that as a still quite small NGO we are unable to offer short time volunteers free board and food. The same goes for help with transport costs like airfares or train tickets. We will of course do our best to help you find reasonably cheap lodging and food. Answering one of the frequently asked questions: you can expect to pay up to 10 Euros a day or a lot less, depending on your lifestyle. On the upside, Learn for Life does not take money for volunteering opportunities like a lot of other charities do.
